Welcome to Advance Shutters sun awnings


Awnings are the ideal way of giving yourself and your home a little luxury!  Whether you are looking for shade over a patio area or shade over a window, door or conservatory, we can help you.  Awnings can be manual, with crank handle operation, or electric operated by wall button or remote control handset.  Special brackets are also available, to enable fitting in places you may think is not possible.  A variety of colours and patterns are available, so you are sure to find a finish that you like.

Awnings can be supplied and fitted manual or electric. Most are electrically operated for ease of use. Usually supplied with either a remote control handset or a wall push button. All awnings come with manual override should you have a power cut.
Awnings are a fabulous way of bringing a little luxury to you life! Whether to provide a little shade in the garden or to provide some shade over a sunny window. Sizes range from 1.0m up to 6.0m. They come in a range of polyester or acrylic colours. Colour samples can be viewed in store along with working awnings on display.
There are various awning spares and accessories available. Awning cover, side shade, sun and wind sensor, replacement fabric. How about an electric heater fitted under your awning, so you can continue to enjoy your outside space when the temperature drops. All awnings we supply and install are fitted with bespoke stainless steel and powder coated brackets where required. This not only means awnings can be fitted to places that you might not expect, but also ensures that your awning remains securely fitted for many years. The pictured brackets are just a few examples, any combination and size can be achieved.

 

We are based in the New Forest and supply and install in Hampshire, Dorset and parts of Wiltshire.  We have a working showroom here in Hordle, Lymington, with friendly, no hard sell, knowledgeable staff to help you with your requirements.

A little about us

Advance Shutters has been around since 1989, and have been an established garage door business that has remained in Hordle, Lymington ever since. We pride ourselves on providing a very friendly, no hard sell, professional garage door and awning service which we find makes for happy relaxed customers. We have a lovely little garage door and awning showroom and office in a purpose built barn, which you are welcome to visit anytime between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We provide a supply, fit, repair service to all in the New Forest, Dorset and Hampshire area. Lymington, Brockenhurst, Burley, Highcliffe, Christchurch garage doors and awnings are our main daily area. We also carry out garage door and awning fitting and repairs weekly in Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton.
